-Jack is capable to direct input to either VGA input (plus additional audio cord) or HDMI input.
-Largest projection screen possible. (For audiences greater than 350 people, IMAG (image magnification) is highly recommended.)
-Wireless headset or lapel mic.
-Jack will use a hand held remote to advance slides. He must be within 50 feet of the laptop for the remote to function. If unable to place laptop within 50 feet of center stage, please provide an alternate control system.
-If possible, please provide a back-up MacBook Pro or laptop with the latest Power Point 2018 installed. Should Jack's primary MacBook freeze, he will switch to the secondary computer. An RGB switcher should be utilized to switch to this back-up.
-A stage or raised platform in the center of the front wall of the room will make Jack much easier for everyone to see.
-Small table (stool covered with linen) in the center of the stage for Jack's flight helmet.
-Keep front row as close to stage as possible and fill front rows up first!
-A bright stage will help highlight Jack during the keynote.
-For groups larger than 400 people a spot light is highly suggested. (If used, please aim with a general wash at the front center of the stage.)
-A darker room with bright stage sets the best atmosphere for Jack's style.

Jack is a leadership, human performance, teamwork, safety, and process improvement professional whose years of expertise inspired him to found Flight Level Solutions, Inc. Now Jack has successfully adapted the same peak human performance skills that made him successful flying combat missions in the F/A-18 Hornet, to training companies striving to perform at fighter pilot levels. He served as a carrier-based F/A-18 Hornet and Super Hornet fighter pilot, instructor pilot, landing signal officer, quality assurance officer, and crew resource management instructor. Jack has over 2,000 hours flying supersonic fighter jets and brings the same passion and excitement to each keynote speech he delivers. He is a decorated combat veteran having flown strike missions in Operation Iraqi Freedom and is a graduate of the U.S. Navy Crew Resource Management (CRM) School.
As one of the Navy’s most highly decorated Landing Signals Officers (LSO), Jack was instrumental in incorporating the process improvement model of CRM to help pilots improve quickly while landing supersonic fighter jets on nuclear-powered aircraft carriers. He was responsible for over 21,000 mishap-free carrier landings. Jack’s unique experience as both an LSO and as the Navy’s top CRM instructor, he saw an opportunity to relay the same skills of Brief-Execute-Debrief-Perfect to the American workplace. From healthcare groups to manufacturing, construction, sales teams, and insurance firms, Jack’s dynamic keynotes, and seminars leave a lasting impression.
Jack earned a BS in Political Science with an emphasis on organizational leadership from the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. Currently, he serves part-time as an F/A-18 Hornet and Super Hornet instructor pilot in the U.S. Naval Reserve.
